Betal Özay is the founding partner of Özay&Demir. He specializes in litigation with a particular focus on IP enforcement. He has an expertise and knowledge-base in assisting his clients in anti-piracy and IPR infringement matters. He assists clients in the management of Intellectual Property portfolios and in negotiating and drafting complex contracts with considerable Intellectual Property content.
Mr. Özay participates in activities in the private sector and in academia such as conferences, trainings, conventions, seminars, councils, panels, and workshops. He has extensive experience in the planning, coordination and execution of litigation strategies for his clients. He is also keen on and active in pro-bono activities.
